Mountainland Innovation LLC is a veteran-owned and operated small business serving Utah County and the greater Wasatch Front. We specialize in product development consulting, prototyping, custom manufacturing, and engineering support for innovators, entrepreneurs, and businesses.

Our founder, Scott Rice, served as an active-duty U.S. Army Engineer Officer for ten years. During his military career, he gained extensive experience in engineering, planning, project execution, and real-world system evaluation, including service as a Test Officer with the U.S. Army Operational Test Command.

In addition to his military experience, Scott's academic background includes:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• Master of Science in Engineering Management
• Doctoral studies in Mechanical Engineering, with research focused on design methodologies and extreme machine longevity
